Lost / Stolen Card
Please contact a Customer Service Representative immediately, at 1-800-554-8969 (USA Only) or your branch location to report your debit card lost or stolen. A Customer Representative Representative will cancel your debit card and issue you a new card within our standard delivery time frames of 7-10 business days.
If you have set up any pre-authorized payments, which are initiated through your debit card, you must notify the merchant directly to cancel your payments. Once you have received your new debit card number you must contact the merchant to re-establish any pre-authorized payments.
Our hours of branch operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday (Excluding Federal Holidays).
