David Funkhouser joined Trans Pacific National Bank in July of 2010 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Funkhouser has over 35 years of banking experience including being original organizer, founder, and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Bank in Morgan Hill and Senior Lending Officer of Heritage Bank South Valley. Mr. Funkhouser is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle Washington and received his bachelors degree from San Jose State University.

Michael Delucchi joined Trans Pacific National Bank in August of 2010 as EVP and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Delucchi has over 20 years of banking experience including holding positions of Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Finance Officer. Mr. Delucchi has worked for Pacific Coast Bankers’ Bank in San Francisco, First National Bank of Northern California, and Moss Adams LLP. Mr. Delucchi is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and has a Bachelors Degree from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Delucchi is a former board member of Wespay and is a current board member of the Golden Gate Chapter of RMA.
