Throughout the afternoon children from ages 1 to 12 enjoyed a bounce house (provided by Localize It!), special treat bags full of goodies, face painting, and a special Taiko Drum performance provided by Rhythmix Cultural Works. The drum performance, which could be heard up and down Webster Street, included several opportunities for some of the attending Trick or Treaters to to participate in their own drum performance. The afternoon concluded with a costume contest which saw scary, original and amazing costumes on display and winners getting some ghoulish awards and trophies. Many of the winners and attendees also took home a pumpkin provided by Dan’s Fresh Produce. The staff at TPNB wished all the goblins, superheros, and princesses “Happy Halloween” as headed home to get ready for their night of more trick or treating and told them to come back next year for more fiendish fun.
