Trans Pacific National Bank has implemented industry security standards to safeguard your account information.

Secure Access and Verifying User Authenticity

Online access to any of your account requires your UserID, verification of your image and phrase then entering your personal password. Our system uses a “3 strikes and you are out mechanism to deter users from repeated login attempts. After three unsuccessful login attempts, the system locks the user out, requiring a phone call to the Bank before re-entry into the system. We strongly recommend that you safeguard your password and change it as often as necessary.

Secure Data Transfer

All requests (such as account balance inquiries, funds transfers, etc.) to our internet banking system server filter through firewall before they are permitted access to the server.   Also, data traveling between the user and the server is encrypted (we require all users’ browsers to be 128 bit encryption).
